Use full path references for data sources

Why is Pro using relative paths in some cases and then not finding a resource, when nothing has changed other than it is a new day?

Just go back to using full paths everywhere by default.

Yes - this is not the default gdb. No - the default gdb is used for other stuff. No - this data cannot go into the default gdb.

EVERY TIME WHEN YOU THINK "I JUST WANT TO QUICKLY........"

I used this yesterday and it worked after opening the project.  Edited some data, saved the project. Open it today and BANG. 
Now I have to edit the function chains and redo the symbology because someone at Esri thought relative paths are the best thing for professional users yet forgot to ask the developers to do it properly!

THIS IS WASTING MY TIME AND IT IS TIME I CANNOT BILL TO CLIENTS!

The sources for the functions were selected from the dropdown in the RGP tools, and are located in a folder that is in the project or a dynamic function layer in the map.
