Hi All, I am working with the Experience Builder within Enterprise v10.9.1. Using a Map Service here that has its data in an SDE. I can not get the Bar Chart Widget to work to produce a COUNT when using Category Type: By Group. * No matter what field type I try using, the chart is empty. * When I export the chart to a csv, I get the right counts for any category group I select. No count is showing in chart. Might anyone know what is going on? Thanks!

Hi All,

I am working with the Experience Builder within Enterprise v10.9.1.
Using a Map Service here that has its data in an SDE.

I can not get the Bar Chart Widget to work to produce a COUNT when using Category Type: By Group.

No matter what field type I try using, the chart is empty.
When I export the chart to a csv, I get the right counts for any category group I select. No count is showing in chart.

Might anyone know what is going on?

Did a test in Enterprise 11.3 and it works fine, just not in our earlier version of 10. something

Thanks for sharing details. Considering you are using Enterprise v10.9.1, it might be a bug that accessing non-hosted feature services. Could you open Developer tools - Network of the browser, see if there is an request failure?

Not the specific data that I am using here.

BUT any data that could support using the Bar Chart Widget to produce a COUNT when using Category Type: By Group would do - but also:

With the built-in Experience Builder in Enterprise v10.9.1
From data in an SDE feature class, published Map Service. (Not from a DataStore/Hosted Feature Service)

like...

FeatureNumber	Group
1	A
2	B
3	A
4	A
5	B
etc...
