Keyboard shortcut to open active definition query in SQL mode

When a layer is selected in the Contents pane, use a keyboard shortcut to open the active definition query in SQL mode.

That would allow for fast SQL changes to the definition query, similar to what we can do with query layers in 3.3.0:

With a query layer selected in the Contents pane, you can use the Ctrl+Q keyboard shortcut to open the Edit Query Layer dialog box.
