CloudFormation Templates do not import

Question

I was trying to use CloudFormation and get errors trying to import the esri templates.  Using this template:

https://arcgisstore.s3.amazonaws.com/1110/templates/arcgis-enterprise-allinone.template.json

I get the following errors

This makes it impossible to use.

Which AWS region are you trying this in? I can try to replicate it

Don't even get that far, this is just trying to load the template at the very start, before I could even make changes

Are you able to share any of the parameters you used to fill in the template? Or did this error appear before you even got that far? I used this same template successully in Feb, so I'm wondering if there is a parameter that is causing you trouble.
