I have exported my asset package which contains the utility network. Then i created an enterprise gdb and tried to perform "Apply Asset package" tool, thats when i faced this error and Im clueless what to do to correct this error.
You have Devices that are present in a child tier that are not defined in a parent tier. You need to fix this in the b_subnetwork_devices tier. Either remove them from the child or add to parent
