Ability to sort placemarks alphabetically

When you have a lot of placemarks inside a group, it would be helpful to be able to sort them out alphabetically with their names.

@YongweiKang A permanent sorting is what users usually want. So yes, the KML would be edited and the user would have to save it. Thank you!

I have a question. Does this sorting function temporarily modify the Table of Contents (TOC) view, or does it edit the data itself? If it edits the data, saving would be required. Could you clarify your requirements?
