Remove <No value> item from value list in collector

Is it possible to remove <No value> item from the value list for attributes which have defined attribute domains?

We do not need to have <No value> item in each list, so in order to make collection less error-prone and exclude unnecessary values from value lists we would like to remove this value.

When you create the table, set "allow nulls" to "no" for fields using domains and the "no value" will not be displayed in the drop-down.
