Importing python module to ArcMap

Hi, I am fairly new to ArcMap and am even newer to python and am having trouble running a tool. I get an error that states "No module named win32com.client". I was hoping I could get some directions on how to import the win32com module into ArcMap. I've tried to install it using pip install on my python terminal but that didn't work.

from an old thread, but make sure you install the version for python 3.7 which arcmap uses
