Hey there, we are experiencing severely degraded performance pulling data out of feature layers this morning and it seems like it's across the board. I don't see anything on the ArcGIS status page, is there something going on?
We have the same issue. Cannot load maps/feature services, everything is extremely slow. Cannot load or edit feature services in ArcGIS Pro either.
