how to make a ArcGIS online table to be editable

Hi,

I am experiencing a failure in adding a value to a table in arcGIS. When i verified feature.isEditable()/feature.canAdd() its says false. I also noticed supportApplyEditsWithGlobalIds flag is set false. I think if we set this flag true, will make this table editable. Correct me if am wrong.

Need your inputs on how to make the table editable
