DSM Sitting around 20m above world DTM.

Question

When I try to upload a DSM from ArcGIS Pro to AGOL it seems to always sit around 20m above the Living Atlas Surface Model. I have tried reprojecting to WGS84 and WGS84 Auxillary Sphere and neither work. Anyone have any ideas about how to get this to sit right or is it an issue with the initial DTM?

Thanks for the reply Bill! I haven't heard of these issues so no idea. I did find that when we export the data in a "local grid" which is unrecognised by Pro, the pixel values sit at the right height but I can't get it to project correctly.

how are you set for the ellipsoidal vs orth-ometric height feet/meter issues?
