how do you get a Client ID for ArcGIS Enterprise account

Question

We are trying to install the Developers Edition for Experience Builder.  We have been able to get through the install and obtain a Client ID for ArcGIS Online, but would rather have all of this on our ArcGIS Enterprise portal.  Is it possible to get a Client ID for ArcGIS Enterprise?  The OAuth 2.0 isn't an option tab when going through the registration steps.  Any help would be great.  We are working on Enterprise 11.1.

EDIT: Esri has more details than me.

You'd be looking for App ID rather than Client ID. I am on 11.0 right now, but I cant see this method stopping in the next version.

Just need make an App for use with EB-D:

Go to your Enterprise Portal > Content > New Item

Application

Select Other Application

Then edit the Redirect URI's with your machine info.

This App can be used with EB-D.
