Merge/Join multiple layers and use layer name as new field name for RASTERVALU

Hello

I would like to merge over 100 layers into a single layer, and use the layer name from each layer as a new field name with the attributes pulled across.

For example the final table might look something like this

Does anyone know how to do this?

I believe the Merge (Data Management) GP tool using the Field Map parameter to add fields to the output attribute table would be your best approach.
