GIS Newbie

Question

Greetings
I am a seasoned IT professional supporting our Groundwater modelers and other GIS professionals at a growing engineering firm. I have been learning the ins and outs of both ArcMap 10.8 and ArcGIS Pro to be of better help with both troubleshooting and to help with GIS projects. 
I am excited to be delving in this industry and help wherever I can.
