Yes, you get an ArcGIS Online subscription with a Creator account for 1 year.
But you will only be able to use your own account, i.e. not able to share maps/surveys to other users in your organisation.
@ChristopherCounsell thanks for clarifying. It is not clearly mentioned in the list under ArcGIS Online Pricing for individuals, like it is mentioned for business.
