Creating an Address Point Layer from Polygon Parcel Data

Hey ESRI Community, I was having difficulty finding a page/tool that can take the centroid of a polygon whilst maintaining the fields. I have tried the feature to point tool with no avail and I'm using polygon data so I can't rely on raster tools. Does anyone have suggestions or am I overlooking something?

Hello @LakeCountyCOGIS - have you explored/used the Feature to Point GP tool?  I just tested this on a polygon feature class and it did create a point feature class AND carried over the attributes as well.
