Hi @EliasBuzayene, please ensure that you're logged into the Maps for Adobe extension before trying to open an AIX file. Please let me know if that doesn't work.

Hi Anna,
i have been done this. installed the plugin and entered to my ESRI account (enterprise). i have been received " successful registration". however, when trying to open the AIX file , it showed the above attached screenshot. you can look below screen shot that my account is fine and able to enter. your help is appreciated @Anna_Breton
