Arc Hydro Tool (Line parameters from 2D)

Question

Hi, I am Using Line Parameters from 2D tool ,While using this tool and giving it a DEM as an input, it gives error stating "SpatialReference: Get attribute metersPerUnit does not exist" As per my understanding I also tried changing the spatial reference to linear units but again it gave the same error .

can someone correct me .

I'm not familiar with this GP tool but I would check projected coordinate system of both of your inputs (the DEM and the line FC) to make sure they're both the same.
