Alerts without Components, Addresses, or Data

I have 2 alerts on Montior (2023.2) that are puzzling me.  They do not have a component type or an address and when I open the alert, there is no data available for either of them.  I marked them as resolved hoping that might close them, but it did not.  

Has anyone seen something like this?  Any ideas if there is a solution?

Hi @MarieCline_Delgado ,

From the name of the alert (Request Response Time Max), I can tell that the related component was an ArcGIS Server service. This related service must have been deleted from the ArcGIS Server site and as a result, deleted as a component in ArcGIS Monitor, leaving you with this orphaned alert. This is a known issue and is on the roadmap to be fixed in a future release.
