AGOL Notebooks are slow to load

Question

Has anyone noticed that ArcGIS Online Notebooks are sometimes taking a long time to load? I'm regularly waiting 1-3 minutes for the Notebook to initially load, then sometimes just as long to begin running a fairly simple script. It didn't used to take this long. On a rare occasion it takes so long that the kernal dies.

It's still an unsolved mystery! Maybe someone from ESRI will help us.

Ha! I Came here today with the point of asking/finding out why this is! Mine are normal speed after they load though. I have only a few notebooks and they're not very long, so it isn't as if there's a discernable reason why the delay exists.
