Is it possible to get a route between 2 features or drop pins rather than from your GPS location, like Google Maps? In other words, ability to choose a different starting point than your location and see the route?

Thank you for your question. In the app it's not possible to manually change your starting location. However, you could create a route layer using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and have the starting point at a different location.
