How to get Network Analysis (Find Routes specifically) in Ready to use tools ArcGis pro 3.1?

I had this option of Find Routes in the 2.9 versioin but had to upgrade to 3.1 due to the application crashing after clicking on symbology. I seem to have lost the Network Analysis tab under Ready to use tools in version 3.1. Does anyone know how do I get it back?

You haven'ty lost them, they've been removed:

The Network Analysis tools in the Ready To Use Tools gallery have been deprecated and removed from the Ready To Use Tool gallery in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. Network analysis can be performed with an ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online routing service in ArcGIS Pro using network analysis layers. The workflow is the same as when using a network dataset on disk.
