Can't login to any StoryMaps - Makes MOOC Pointless

Here's what I get when I go to the StoryMaps in the MOOC:  

Hmm... there seems to be an issue

There was a problem accessing this story or this page. Please try again or contact your ArcGIS administrator.

I am the administrator for my account - have no idea why it's doing this and I don't see anyone else complaining about this problem. 

Not sure if it has something to do with "negative credits" on my ESRI account which I don't know how I ever got and have asked to have that fixed.  I thought they took care of that.  I don't think you need credits on your account to read "StoryMaps" though.  But maybe I'm wrong.  I have too much on my plate to try to figure this out - so I guess this MOOC isn't going to work for me.

Hi Charles,

sorry to hear that you're having issues with the storymaps. You might have hit a known issue, as shared in another post in Esri Community: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-storymaps-questions/error-message-when-trying-to-view-public-storymap/m-p/1157133/highlight/true#M3020

 The workaround posted there is: 

"...you can always access the story in a fresh incognito or private browsing window."

Let me know if it doesn't help.
