Trouble accessing Hosted Feature Layers in ArcGIS Online

Is anybody else experiencing issues accessing there Hosted Feature layers in ArcGIS Online? Whenever I open ArcGIS Pro to access my HFLs sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't connect.

I am logged into my account.
