Allow users to add attachments but not delete attachments

I am looking for any advice on how to limit users ability to delete attachments on field maps points, but I still want them to add attachments to points. 

Is there anyway to do this currently?

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise to build the maps and using Field Maps via iOS to do data collection.

It's not directly possible. Please vote for the above ideas and add a comment as to why it's incredibly not useful to have users adding photos also have the ability to remove them...

The only workaround is to use a related table with the 'create' ability (no update) but then it becomes more difficult to view your photos against the parent table.
