Datastore is not validating, windows instances do not load

Question

Hello, I have an arcgis enterprise 10.7.1 multimachine deployment. I checked and all forlders  has full privileges for arcgis user

* C:\arcgisserver
* C:\arcgisportal
* C:\arcgisdatastore
* C:\Program Files\ArcGIS
* C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DataStore
* C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server
* C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal
* C:\Python27

i notice that arcgis datastore never load correctly,

Could this be and exception problems from a firewall? what would be exception for datastore?

Check the postgres logs (arcgisdatastore\logs\servername\database) and event viewer for errors. If you find something there, that might help understand the cause.
