Field Maps Designer in ArcGIS Enterprise

Hi there, I am looking to see if Field Maps Designer is available in ArcGIS Enterprise portals. I see it is an option on AGOL.

I am looking at the dynamic behaviors available with that tool. Looking to require fields to be filled out if questions are answered or if specific responses are given to said questions.

Yes, but it depends on the version.

10.8.1 it's an install:

https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000025048

Later releases should include it by default. But it won't have the latest functionality as ArcGIS Online (install software release vs SaaS).
