Rebuild Footprint in Mosaic Dataset

Hello Everyone,

Would like to seek help and assistance regarding rebuilding of footprint in a Mosaic Dataset for specific image/raster only.

Is there a tool or a process on this case?

I have about 100k images in a mosaic dataset but I only need to rebuild the footprint of a few images. I know rebuilding of the entire mosaic dataset will consume a lot of time to complete that's why I'm looking for a help about it.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

If you built the footprints using the Build Footprints—Help | ArcGIS Desktop tool. you can specify a where clause to restrict the footprints that needs to be generated.
