What is something you wish you knew about in ArcGIS Pro that would have helped prior to finding out about it?

ArcGIS Pro has tons of capabilities, so much so that I feel like I have only scratched the surface about what it can do.

What is something you wish you knew about in ArcGIS Pro that would have helped prior to finding out about it? Any tips, tricks, 'hacks', or tools that have come in handy over the years?

Oh boy. More specific tips

* Learn a shortcut a day by printing the PDF. Little things like turning off all layers at once in Content Pane make your life easy and look like a wizard. Doco here.
* Use favourites, and the option to add to new projects.
* Use ArcGIS Online, with Pro. They work well together and you benefit knowing both. Use Arcade for labeling to ensure it stays the same when you publish.
* You can configure editing options to auto save, etc
* If you are experiencing performance issues, there is generally a reason. 
* The quick access toolbar. Add tools to it and remove them just as easy.
* Do a lot of repetitive processing? Learn ArcGIS ModelBuilder. Easiest way to show value to your boss. Don't forget batch geoprocessing for easy run of a tool multiple times. And python is not as out of reach as you may thing.
* I like setting application theme to dark mode, easier on the eyes.
* Turn off 'make newly added layers visible by default'. Helps stop ArcGIS Pro try to draw contours across the country and lag.
* You can pop out Views (e.g. a Map View) and move it to another screen

* Stay on top of the blog
* The what's new (note the video highlighting functionality)
* Submit ideas to the community. Be sure it isn't offered already and provide detail on what you want, why it isn't available, and how it benefits you. A lot of user ideas are in the above video.
