ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 and 3.1 crashing on the Accuracy Assessment tool

Question

I am trying to run the Accuracy Assessment tool in ArcGIS Pro. However ArcGIS Pro crashes every time I run the tool. I tried different computers and datasets and had same result. We cannot validate our deep learning model without this tool. Does anybody else have this problem?
