ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0 - Monitor Agent with Monitor Server - Always Disconnected

Hi,

We want to implement a ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0 distributed environment network, we intall the monitor server in a network/cloud with a IIS ARR reverse proxy (443) and all works as expected. Then we install a monitor agent in another network/cloud, we can register with success the agent monitor in the monitor server, but the agent status is always Disconnected in the Agent Home Page and in the Monitor Server, and no warning/error in the Monitor Server logs.

Hi,

I am seeing the same issue.  Have registered an agent but it is always showing as disconnected both on the Agent page and on the server page.  Would be keen to understand what is going wrong here.
