ArcGIS Online Fails to Print a Map Regardless of Settings

Hi,

Has anyone had any issues being able to print a map from ArcGIS Online? A client I am working with keeps getting a cross error icon next to every print job they run from AGOL, but there's no error message so it's hard to determine the source of the problem. They are using the latest release of AGOL at time of publishing.

It is working for me. If you are use to using the developer console of the browser you could look at the network traffic for the print service execute request which might have some more info under the preview and response. If you are you able to share the map I can take a look.
