I am currently trying to create a weighted multi-criteria analysis in the Modelbuilder. Unfortunately, several intermediate steps produce output rasters with a "count" field in the attribute table that is much too high and I am not sure what this could be due to. I suspect I made a mistake converting the DEM from an xyz file to a tiff file and would now like to know what the "ASCII 3D To Feature Class" and "Point to Raster" tool settings should be for this.
The data I want to convert comes from the State Office for Land Management and Geoinformation Thuringia (Download: https://www.geoportal-th.de/de-de/Downloadbereiche/Download-Offene-Geodaten-Th%C3%BCringen/Download-H%C3%B6hendaten) and should actually represent the whole of Thuringia with a cell size of 25m. Could you perhaps help me further? Many thanks in advance.
