ArcGIS World Geocoder not showing some addresses/postal codes which I can locate using google maps or Canada Post

Hello ESRI Community,

I'm trying to set up a public-facing school locator using the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. Using the District lookup widget, to enable the user enter their address to locate their catchment school/attendance zone, the default geocode source is ESRI World Geocoder. However, it is not showing or incorrectly locating some of the addresses, which is the biggest worry for me. I tried using the same address on google maps and Canada Post and they both were able to exactly locate the address.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

the default setting for the Search widget is All which searches all services.  Additional services can be added by configuring the widget - clicking on pencil in bottom right corner in widget pane.

you can all add layers to the Search widget by configuring which will allow these to be searched as well as the default services.
