Has anyone lost data while collecting in the field? We were not working on an offline map, and about 10 points or so completely disappeared off our map and were not recovered.

I have experienced this before, but it's always been because of a specific layer causing trouble. I would first check the error logs from that device. You can find them in Setting> Troubleshooting>View Logs. Hopefully you'll find your answer there.
