When connected to our ArcGIS Enterprise (10.8.1) environment, opening search results from Chat will fail (see below for the error message). ArcGIS Maps for Teams uses incorrect URLs when opening search results in the Viewer

I am getting the same issue, has there been any resolution, or are there specific versions of enterprise that ArcGIS for Teams works with... @SeanKMcGinnis @RobertSistersonYCC

Are you working with a specific ArcGIS item? Previously we had looked into the issue pertaining to a web map viewer item. Could you provide some more context on the item you are receiving this same issue? Is it the web map viewer as well or another ArcGIS item?

It appears to be all types of service with the exception of WMS. I have tried Map Service, Web Map, Feature Service and Dashboard. I am getting the same error on each... @SebastianSaballett @SeanKMcGinnis
