Is it normal for slight different results from operations of Anselin local Morans I Tests?

Hello everyone!

I am Bonnie, a researcher.

I  am currently working on analysis for health inequality.

I was confused by slightly different results from each operation of Anselin local Moran’s I tests using the same variables and setting (ArcMap10.8.1).

Is it normal? If yes, is it due to permutation?

are the differences statistically significant?  The documentation is from Pro but the test is the same
