I would like to create a dashboard with indicators
on data tables without geometric columns
is it possible ?

What's the best way solution ?

but my table is a PostgreSQL table without geometry so it is not a static table like geojson, csv, excel, ...

Yes it is possible. You would  need to publish your data as a hosted table. Then when you are building your dashboard, you simply select your hosted table layer as your data source for your indicators and other elements.
