Job Title: IT Solutions Architect/Cloud Architect
Location: 100% Remote
The IT Solutions Architect/Cloud Architect shall support the accomplishment of activities related to scientific high- performance computing within cloud computing platforms, such as, but not limited to modeling, analysis and optimization of scientific codes and algorithms. The contractor shall gather information to reproduce problems for users and system environments, report bugs and follow through on resolutions. The contractor shall apply technical skills and diplomacy in working with scientists, administrators, and staff on troubleshooting system issues. The contractor shall provide application and system performance analysis, undertaking focused projects on profiling, optimization and tuning of user codes, benchmarking, profiling, and debugging parallel programs
