Add surface information stuck

Question

I am trying to add surface info (z min, z max, z mean) to a polygon file.  I used the "Add Surface Information" in the spatial analyst tool box and have a DEM.  I have used this tool in the past with ArcPro 2.8.x and had no problem.  I have upgraded to ArcPro 3.0 and now this thing is stuck at 0% (see images).  I also tried this with just three polygons rather than my whole feature class, and still it stayed at 0% for over an hour.

Any idea why this is hanging up? Could it be a bug in 3.0?

Thanks, I did not make the raster smaller.  I can try that, but it's frustrating that it DID work with the same raster in the previous version.

There are a number of bugs with the tool (some resolved).

You provide info on using fewer polygons, but what about the size of the input raster?
