Field is grayed out when adding or editing a record in Web map

I am having an issue where I can not edit values within a web map or fill out the field when adding a new record on the layer. It simply shows that it is greyed out. The layer the field is in is set to "editable" attribute and geometry, I am the owner and I have the actual field set to editable within the Data tab of the layer. Greyed out fieldfield set to editablelayer field is within is set to editable
