Upload Max shapefile and Max imagery file size through ArcGIS Online browser

Please can you specify the max file size limits for shapefiles and imagery when the data is directly uploaded to the browser in ArcGIS Online?

I found the link https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000011508 in the community conversation from 2012 and wondered if that is the up-to-date information.
