differential outlines erasing in polygons

not english native speker, hope you understand me.

Does anybody know if it's possible to erase outlines in polygon features in many layers only when thay share or they are very close to another polygon feature of another layer, but keeping all the outlines in all the other sides of the polygon, that obviously are not close to that layer?
