Remove attribute rules with Feature Class to Feature Class

I would like the option to remove attribute rules and possibly domains when we use feature class to feature class. This change will make it easier to share our data with others outside of our organization that are still using ArcMAP. In addition, it may also be useful to control if domains are included with exported data.

@LyonMNGIS have you tried using the Copy Features tool? I think that removes attribute rules.

Based on the conversation on this related thread, my guess is that you want the field map control in order to reorder fields, etc. and also have the option either keep attribute rules, associated domains, etc. or not. Is that correct?
