Feature Layer Click Tolerance for JavaScript API v4.23

Hello. I am fairly new to ArcGIS and I have run into a situation where my customer (who maintains the feature layer) is getting some inaccurate data back on a feature layer hit test. I think this may be due to a tolerance issue at lower zoom levels, but welcome any alternative suggestions. I appreciate any suggestions for how I can adjust the click tolerance on a feature layer in v4.23 of the JavaScript API.
