Improve functioning of Save button in QC Designer

It would be useful if the funtioning of the Save button in QC Designer could be improved.

By default the 'save' button is activated. Other Esri apps only show 'save' when something has changed. Refining this to be deactivated by default and only becoming active as soon as something in the QC project has changed would be very useful.
