DDS and DMS Coordinate Conversions in a Web Map

Hello,

Is there a tool, function, or widget that allows for the "in the field" conversion of GPS data from the default to a DMS (60 degrees - 14 seconds - 05 minutes etc) in a field map, web app, or hosted application for either Arcgis online or Enterprise?
