3D Geological Modelling

Question

Is there any possible methods for creating 3D geological models in ArcGIS environments by log data. I know there are a few different softwares doing this kind of work. However I want to know whether there are possible ways of doing it in ArcGIS environment.

I assume the log files has all the relevant information required? You should be able to build yourself a python toolbox to read the log file and then preform whatever operation you require (eg. search for feature, insert features, etc)

Following because I would like to have a 3D geological layer under surface of a 3D scene as well.
