Few HTML tags are not supporting in email body

Hi All,

ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1

We are using ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server (service-driven). We have create a simple workflow diagram to send email with some text highlights.

Enabled the "HTML Notification" under "Email Notifications"

Some of the HTML tags are working while "Preview Email" and the same are not reflecting in email.

Few HTML tags:

<center></center>: To center text

<mark></mark>: To highlight text.

After "Save" and "Active" of the workflow diagram we noticed that these tags are not reflecting in the email body.

We utilize the same supported HTML tags as Portal, listed here: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/supported-html.htm. 

I don't see <mark> and <center> there. Are any tags listed on that page not working for you?
