Scroll the page up or down when dragging a block element to either extremity. Currently you must drag and release several times to move a block up or down the page.

@ShengdiZhang that works for a physical mouse with a physical scroll wheel, yes. No such luck on a mouse with virtual scrollwheel or touchpad, though.

When dragging a widget on a scrolling page, you can still use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down. Can you try this and see if it works for you?
